Condolences go out this evening to our friend Y2C (Steve) who lost his dear wife Barbara this morning to lung disease.
Y2C, you've always brought smiles to our faces with your posts and silly jokes. Tonight, I hope we can bring you some comfort in this time of sorrow.
Steve, my heart and prayers go out to you. I am so glad that I got to meet you and your beautiful wife on a cruise a while back. You're love and devotion to each other was something very special. I pray that the love and support of all of your friends here will help to bring some comfort to you.
I'm very sad to hear of this news, and especially around a holiday such as this first week in July. The anniversary will be tough each year.
Aside from that, it is tough at any time. We are all here to support you and our thoughts are with you.
Steve, please accept my sincere condolences. I remember you told me about Barbara when I talked with you in San Pedro at the pre-cruise cocktail party. I hope that you will get comfort from the people here as I did when Keith was so ill.
Jose and I enjoyed meeting you and Barbara on the original Let's Get Lei'd cruise. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this saddest of all times. May God grant you strength, and may you take comfort from the wonderful memories that live in your heart.

Steve, I was shocked to hear the news this evening. Please know that you and your daughter are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I remember meeting both you and Barbara on the Summit back in 2002 and thinking what a great couple the two of you made. Peace be with you during this most difficult time.

Steve, Don and I are saddened to hear that Barb is gone. We think back with fond memories to sailing with the 2 of you on the Original Get Lei'd cruise.......such fun people. Barb faced her illness with such grace and determination and she was taken all too soon.
Sad news indeed. Rita and I send sincere condolences for the loss of your dear wife. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Tough times ahead will hopefully be tempered with fond thoughts and memories. May God bless you as he takes your dear wife to be with him.

Steve: I, too, am so sorry to hear of Barb's passing. It was a pleasure knowing her. Barb was the sweetest woman! I know she had been ill for a very long time, but she never complained. I know all the wonderful memories you two made together will help you through this very difficult time. Take care of yourself.
