Nope: I've just had to unload a couple in my "slum lord" days
and business moves and my own "Martha" a.k.a. wife, Betty, has done a great job of fixing them up and selling them. As Mary Lou said to me on the phone last night: "She turned houses long before the current TV trend."
We haven't sold one since 2004 and probably won't for a while but the principles are always the same.
