Default Good Morning Thursday

Good Morning CruiseMates!!! Exciting night last night. I had dinner with my friend Jane, the lady I am cruising on the Pride with. We were looking for hotels to stay in Long Beach pre cruise. We are definately going to book the QM!! I am really thrilled about it. Since my uncle was one of the soldiers transported on her during WWII I have heard many stories from him. He still has the wooden room numbers from it. He is 90 now and I doubt that I can find him a souvenir to top that but I will try. We were looking over the shore excursions for this trip and they all look fun. It gets so exciting as things begin to fall into place. The only thing that would make it even more exciting is if some of the CruiseMates were sailing with us. C'mon gang Carnival Pride February 25, 2007 be there!! Have to work today to earn the money for this trip. Have a great day all.

Good morning from Orlando. Today is my Friday. YAY! Today is also the last day of the swim season for my son......another YAY! Swimming and marching band has been sort of wearing on him but he's done well at both.

Mornin' everybody,

It's a little warmer out than it has been lately, so maybe we'll have some decent weather for the football game Sunday. But I'm all worn out from watching the baseball game last night. My Mets came back from the brink of elimination with a fantastic game, and they have to do it again tonight.

My interview went pretty well yesterday. Two of the interviewers were classmates when I went through my apprenticeship, so it made it easier to get through that. Interviews are not my strong point, so I hope I didn't make an idiot of myself. Then I had to display my techincal skills, which went surprisingly well. So I should be OK.

Have a great day!

Ed

Good morning all cm's
Doug, I love the photo of you and Marge renewing your vows.
Very nice

We went to the movies last night & saw "The Illusionist"
What a great movie. No gang violence, no strong language. Just a wonderful romantic, mystery, done with beautiful sepia visuals, costumes,
and on location in Vienna's 1900's
actors are Ed Norton, Jessica Biel (yes she can act) Paul Giamatti,
& Rufus Sewell. Rated PG-13
I recommend it !

Good morning from Houston.

The southern part of this area dodged the bullet by not getting the forecasted rain last night, although the northern area was hit hard again. I am thankful my DH didn't have to dodge the flooded roads this morning to get to work. I am feeling better, not sure if whatever I had is passing or I'm getting closer to the weekend.

Ed, I'm glad the interview went well. Hopefully all will go well.

I'm off to work -- everyone have a great day!

Morning All, from another dull gray day in Montreal. Rain on tap for later too
Just got a call from our friend in Nova Scotia. He and his wife are leaving later today on an "Antiques Road Trip" (he's a dealer) across Quebec and Ontario. We are his first stop tomorrow. Can't wait for some fun company this weekend, and for the boxes of wine from our favourite winery in N.S.!!

Good morning all. Another gray day here in WI. Maybe we'll get to see the sun later. I'm looking forward to getting back to sunny Florida in a few weeks. Too bad Jake is on a project here in WI, and will be working up here for a while. It seems like the timing for his projects often puts him up north in the winter.

Take care everyone. My prayers are going out for those of you not feeling well.

Phyll

Good Morning cruisemates! Forecast is for temps only up to the 40s F the next few days in Calgary. A tad chilly.

Taking the car into the service station this morning to put the winter tires on. A sad moment each year

Then over to the printers to get the tickets printed for our fairwell charity event for the hotel.

Default Good morning Thursday

Good morning from sunny Southern California. It'll be toasty again today.

Not sure what will be going on today. Laundry, definitely. I had a good time shopping yesterday. Mid week was like having the whole mall to myself.

Enjoy yourselves, people!

Good morning,

Well, feeling even worse today and kept my doctor appointment. Quick strep test came back positive. Now I know why I've felt so bad. Betty is going to be checked later today because she began to feel bad last night.

It's anti-biotic time.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Take care,
Mike
