Default Good Thursday Morning!

Mornin' everybody,

It's almost like Friday for me 'cuz I don't have to work tomorrow! Whoopie!!! I've got a nice honey-do list waiting for me though. The cats will be mad at me because I've got to take them to the vet's for their shots. They don't like riding in the truck. They meow very loudly all the way there and back. Once I shut the engine off, they are OK.

My boss is off today, so it's like an extra day's vacatioin.

Have a great day!

Ed

Good morning Ed and those to follow.

Looks like another busy day at work again. It's all in preparation for the 2 wks vacation.

My parents finally arrived at home. I very glad they had a safe trip back, and I'll be glad to see them over the weekend.

Have a great day all.

Good morning CruiseMates:

From our local newspaper, heart warming story I'd like to share:

"10-year-old takes on bullies and cancer"

"Marc-Andre LeBlanc couldn't take it anymore. When he saw students mercilessly teasing a little Grade 2 girl who lost her hair due to cancer, he took action - several actions that belie his tender age of 10"

Long story short: He rushed to her defence warning the teasing school mates they'd better smarten up. With permission from his parents, he got his head shaved and started a drive that raised $1300.00 for cancer research. He lectured students on the ravages of cancer.

Suddenly, the little girl's tormentors turned into her defenders.

Good Morning Eddie, MissK and Bill from Central Texas where it is summer again. 87 for the high today.

One more day of work for me, and then several days off.

Everyone have a good day.

Morning All, from another gray, wet, dreary November day in Montreal.

Bill, what a heartwarming story out of New Brunswick. It's strange to see francophone names outside of Quebec! Kudos for young Marc-Andre!

Well, last night's LOST episode is the last for 8 weeks. How ever am I going to survive 8 weeks without LOST? This is mental cruelty I tell you!

I just realized that 7 of those weeks will also be spent waiting for our Century cruise! It's getting so close, and therefore more exciting - I just can't wait!

Hi Kids,
I am wishing the days away too Donna! My plan is the day after Thanksgiving, I drag the suitcases down, and lay them out in the spare room...Start finding, sorting, and washing and dry cleaning the summer clothes we will need. I can do it at my leisure, and not feel rushed.

The only sad part is my tale of woe with my shoes....I think when I land in Florida, I will going on a shoe mission..another thing to add to my "Florida things to do" list, which is growing......I love it!

Make it a good one............just typing all this has made me giddy

Good Morning All,

It is so foggy today. I'm way behind schedule and will never catch up. MIL stopped first thing this morning and just stayed and stayed, I wasn't even dressed. Now I'll be hurrying the rest of the day. Yikes.

Tried to get extra sleep last night, but dd kept calling from college, she was sick and apparantly needed someone to commisserate with her. Hope she is feeling better as her singing group heads out to Asheville, NC on Friday I believe. On Saturday they will be singing at the Biltmore Estate. She is really excited, she knows how much I love it there.

Well gotta get jumpin'. Hope you all have a great day.

Good morning gang, it is a beautiful day here in Mass. Its a nice warm, sunny Indian Summer type day.
Dancing with the Stars has come down to Mario & Carrina and Emmit and Cheryl, Joey and Eddita were voted off last night, not a huge surprise. I really think that Emmit and Cheryl are going to win, yeah!

Morning all from a sunny and warm Tidewater of Va. Guess this might be Indian summer Whatever it is I'll take it,,,I hate cold weather.

Well DH left this a.m. heading for the U.P. of Michigan. Deerhunting,,, they camp right in the woods for 2 weeks,,,,it's a guy thing. My idea of "roughing" it is having room service at a 5 * hotel,

Kuki have a great time on "our" ship,,,be sure and take lots of pixs. Especially in the aft cabin areas,,,

Hope eveyone has a great Thursday,,,,

Good morning all:

It's been a rough week but I'll try and get moving today. I have some plants to clean up and get the boat and tractor winterized. Hopefully, I can get that done.

Take care,
Mike
