Big mistake. Even bigger mistake if she sees your post.
BTW your name is "Mudd," not "Mud." The expression derives from Dr. Samuel Mudd, who treated Lincoln assassin John Wilkes Booth's injured leg after Booth killed the president. Controversy has raged ever since about whether Mudd was complicit in Booth's plot, but a jury thought he was and he was sent to prison. Four other conspirators were hanged.
That's how Mudd's name has come to be a synonym for "deep doo-doo."
Roger Mudd, the former CBS newsman, was descended from the doctor.
EWWWW! Kuki, any way you spell it, Alan said it all "You are in deep doo doo!" And she just had surgery! You know her emotions are a little fragile right now. I don't think I would wait until Monday. My recommendation is to start today and keep on until sometime NEXT YEAR!

One year, Keith and I sat at dinner over a very ho-hum meal (at home). All of a sudden one of us remembered it was our wedding anniversary; I don't remember which one of us. We both just laughed, and that was the end of it. They don't all have to be celebrated with bells and whistles.
You have a long term marriage and much to be thankful for, so congratulations to the two of you, and I hope Geela mends quickly from the surgery.

Yup, no matter how you spell it, your name is MUD(D)!
You better get busy and make amends real fast Kuki, especially since this saint of a woman is just recovering from surgery! "Hello Birks? Are you open till 9:00?"
Seriously though, wishing you a very Happy Anniversary. 26 years is something to be very proud of!
My dear understanding wife (assisted by extra doses of painkillers) has chosen to forgive me.
My penance will be counted in Carats (during our Caribbean cruise), and the new kitchen she has wanted for a long time.
AR.. funny thing was I initally typed "MUDD", then in my dazed state said.. that doesn't look right
Umm, without putting too fine a point on it, and without wanting to sound too topical, you sound like a politician who claims victory when, well, you know, the claim may not be fully justified.
But, hey, looks like your love affair is intact. Onward and upward. Hide the credit cards and hope for good news from the stock market!
Be thankful your name isn't Harcourt Fenton Mudd III, of the 23rd century, who ran afoul of one James T. Kirk, and got hundreds of nagging android wives as his punishment.

Hey Mr. Mud(d); you would get along with my boyfriend, he is Mr. Automatic Grave Digger.
I tease him that he doesn't use a shovel to bury himself anymore, but he has upgraded to a bobcat....
