Default One of my favorite Century moments was.....

.....standing with the group on the steps of the Centrum and waiting patiently (?!) for the photographer to get his act together and having Trip say "Can I get an Oy Vey?" and our crowd promptly Oy Veying for her!

Also, people going by our photo session asking if we were all family and everyone answering in unison "Yes!"

It was a great cruise, met lots of wonderful people and now it's off to the washer and laundry....

One of my favorite moments (we just got home, and had an outstanding time aboard with our CruiseMates family), was when Brian, the bass singer in the a-capella group "Cats Pajamas" ask me to help out, and I actually got to sing with the group for a brief moment. What fun!! Over all we had a great time, and what fun it was to meet so many "CruiseMates Friends" face to face. The lovely Mrs. Jones (Vita) and I can't wait for the next one.

Now I hope your fellow cruisemates don't say your singing was one of their worst moments

Great idea, Angela!!!!

I already posted that joining Helen and Ray to celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with the rest of the Cruisemates "Century" gang was the highlight for me. Such Joy!!!!!!

The other best part was just sitting out on the aft deck in the morning enjoying coffee and chat with so many of the gang. It was just great to be with everyone, and meet more Cruisemates face to face. I already can't wait for the next Cruisemates cruise that I will be able to go on.

Ken, I missed your singing with the group. Wish I had heard that.

Phyll

Standing up in front, at the cocktail part, and seeing all of the faces of friends. Some I had seen and others I had never seen before. It's a neat feeling. Strange and heartwarming at the same time.

Take care,
Mike

Probably my favourite Century moment (although technically, it was PRE-Century!) was the great big BEAR HUG that Mike gave me when we finally met for the first time in Lombardis, the night before the cruise!

Meeting all the other CruiseMates was wonderful - what a great bunch of people! I too loved hearing Ken sing with Brian from the Cat's Pyjamas, and can that guy ever sing!

As I was loading all my pictures into the photo galleries today I was thinking about my "favorite moment"... and after looking back at the photos... they remind me of ALL of my favorite moments, and it's not possible to pick just ONE!

Thought the moment of cuddling with Betty did give me pause to think of ways I could keep her AND Mrs. Kuki.

I'd have to say, looking around at the Cruisemates cocktail party and seeing all those faces of people who are together every day online, together in real life! It actually felt a bit bizarre to have all those familiar faces in the same room!

The whole cruise was full of "favorite moments" though!

Cheers,
Michelle P.

Lots and lots of favorite moments, seeing everyone again, meeting new people, running into people around the ship, singing the songs at the cocktail party, Ray and Helen's anniversary, all in all just a great time!

Lots of hugs . . . . a very good thing!

I, too, do not have just one favorite memory. But, all of my good memories revolve around the same theme...spending time with my CM friends. It is always so great seeing everyone. I enjoyed Ken's solo very much!!!!!!!

My favorite moment was bringing in the New Year on the pool deck surrounded by so many friends - hugging & kissing & dancing. The other favorite moment was the Cruisemates trivia session and being on the winning team of us, Trip, Bruce and their 2 friends (sorry I forget their names). The whole cruise was made up of very special moments for us making this a vacation we will never forget.

Hi everyone! This was a great cruise for us. I loved meeting everyone and feeling like part of the cruisemates family from the start. For most of you, this was the first time Paul and I have met you face to face. It was our pleasure spending some time with you on the Sail of the Century.

I have to say my most memorable moment was watching the heartfelt warm wishes and beautiful gifts our cruisematers showered on Helen and Ray commemorating their many DECADES together. And then Ray's tearful thank you back displayed what special relationships have formed within our cruisemates community. Hope to be with you all again soon.

Lou Ann
