Good Morning CruiseMates!! . Chilly morning at 19 degrees here in NH's Lakes Region. Day off today Today I get to take the cat to the vet for her shots. It should be fun trying to get her in the carrier with one hand. My life is sooooo exciting huh?? Have a great day all.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
Good morning Dean, Laura and all the CM's to follow. Sweet dreams, Dean!
Laura...I'm sorry, but I missed what happened to your hand? I hope it is nothing too serious.
We had a bout of nasty weather yesterday. It took Jackie and Jason 4 hours to get home to WV, a trip that usually takes them 2 1/2. Unfortunately, they both drove home on Friday, so they had two cars to get back home. To say Jackie was a bit stressed is an understatement.
The ride in today was fine for me....just wet roads. I hope you all have a safe, dry day.

We got a little snow last night, just enough to make the roads nice and slippery. But I can't let that bother me. Only four more days of work and we are off to Miami. I finally started to get some of my clothes out, and I'm in pretty good shape. I've just got to figure out what I can put in my carry-on.
Good Morning!!!! South Jersey got a dusting last night with ice to top it off. Winter has finally arrived as we are due for more seasonalble weather in the next few weeks.
Everyone have a great day and for the chosen frozen, wouldn't you like to be taking a dip:

Good Morning, Everybody!
Yes, I'm still here but haven't had the time to post. As AngelaZ said, it's still warm-in Orlanddo and here in Avon Park, FL.
We're expecting my elder son, Jamie, on Wednesday for his annual winter vacation. We'll be going to Ft. Lauderdale over the weekend. It's as close to a cruise ship as I can get right now. My younger MSNBC son, will arrive next Monday afternoon so we'll have both sons here together for a night.
Kenneth will have a rental car so will wander around on Wed and part of Thursday, next week, before coming back here (I think!) and heading home on Friday. It will be wonderful to have them both here.
There's not much else going on. As much as I would have liked to have seen the Saints win, I'm happy that the Colts and Bears will be playing in the Super Bowl. Our sentimental favorite is Tony Dungy, but it will be tough because both of them coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They are great friends with each other.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUANNE! Good morning from beautiful downtown Lakeland, Florida. Dean, I hope to hear you've booked that cruise soon,,,,,,sounds like you need one! Nothing new here,,,just the usual Monday morning blues. I'm on standby this week, so it'll probably be another 60 or 70 hour week. Guess I'd better go rest up while I can.
