We canceled our cruise for March 31st, about a week before the deadline. Explained to our Carnival TA that we decided to do a family vacation to Florida this year, as we went on a cruise last year by ourselves. Also let him know that we will probably cruise next spring. He was very good about it, just asked us to call him with our business next year, and had our refund in less than a week. Our next cruise, we will defiantly deal with him.
