Default Residential Ocean Liners

Greetings, There seems to be several companies building Residential Cruise ships like "The World" and The Magellan" but does anyone know anything about Residential Ocean Liners Inc out of St John, New Brunswick ?
You can google search it under... cruise and ownership.
Prices sound reasonable and I have sent my letter of intent already. They will have a ceremonial laying of the keel in May of 07.

Nope, but I think if we all pitched in, we could get one of those!

They seem reasonable compared to the World or Magellan. If you do a Google search under cruise ownership you find them.
Starting rate starts at $9400 to the millions.

I think that is a really cool concept. It seems very affordable. I noticed that they have metered utilities and even though you are on vacation, you're still going to have to pay the electric.water/sewer bill. It would be interesting to see what that would amount to. The only other cons I would be concerned with is that the suites/estates all have kitchens in them. I would be afraid that someone might catch the ship on fire and I would definitely be checking out how well bankrolled this company is, since they don't charge maintenance fees I wonder how they can keep this going year after year, and keep the ship in pristine condition. But all in all, it seems like an idea that has real potential.
