And while RollerDonna isn't here to appreciate this -- good morning, everone!
And while our good friend, Doug, may not fully appreciate this, we here on the West Coast are enjoying Punxutauny Phil's most recent prognostication. We here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest are enjoying upper-50's and sunny weather. Spring yardwork, here I come!
Ha! Yes I am here to enjoy this! It's 4 a.m. and we're just leaving for the airport. I will sleep on the flight, Montreal - Toronto, Toronto - Dallas, Dallas - San Antonio.
Have a good weekend everybody!
God Morning CruiseMates!! It is a chilly 6 degrees here in NH's Lakes Region. Busy busy busy day today. Lots going on at work. Starting to sort and pack clothes for vacation. Getting very excited about that. We leave a week from today. Have a wonderful day.

Good morning all! And yes, TGIF! What a week...heck...what a half a year!
I am wondering when I'll be able to catch my breath. So far it looks like I may actually not have to work this weekend and I'm hoping to leave after working only 8 hours today...keep your fingers crossed for me, please.
It is still cold and nasty in the "Burgh". I have to go to the funeral home this everning. For those of you who remember my cousin Kathy and her husband, Jack.....his sister passed away this week. Jack has always been one of my favorite people. It is sad that he lost his sister, but it will be good to see both he and Kathy again. I just wish the circumstances were happier.
On a happier note, Jackie an Jason are coming home this weekend....I haven't seem them for a month. That is a very long time for me. I'm excited. You all have a great day and weekend.

Good morning Cruisemates! Houston officially has 27F but where I live, in the upper northwest part of the county, the thermometer on my window says.... 22F Yikes
At least it isn't raining, actually at these temps it would probably be snow. Not much to say right now but have a great day everybody!!

Good morning to all from beautiful Central Florida. What's up with you guys? I've never see such a bunch of early risers!! It's cool and crisp here, and the schnauzers didn't stay out long again this morning. Only eight days until Vita and I get to sail the "Glory" again. I'm ready for a change of scenery, as this staying home every day is about to get to me. It's obvious that when I retire from my "real job" I'm going to have to do something. How about "Welcome to Wal-Mart"?
Morning from the Pacific Northwest..............like Dean said......we've been having great weather here.......a bit of rain but not bad......mid 50's......I'll take it.......

MikaLyn made the honor roll!!!! We got her a dozen pink roses to celebrate. Now I guess I will have to take the "My kid beat up your honor roll student" bumper sticker off the back of my car.
Everyone have a great day and if you look close at this picture, you can see Punxutauny Phil in one of the loungers snickering at us with a pina colada in his paw.

Woke up to the kind of day I would expect in Colorado -- crisp and sunshining!
Last night we had dinner with friends we haven't seen in over 25 years. We had a great time visiting.
Monday is a holiday for DH, but he has decided to work OT today, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! The money will be really nice, but that leaves me here sitting on my --- and him becoming more and more irritable, because he is so tired. Oh well, I will stay busy.
It's Friday! Have a great day.

Fighting the sinus infection and a bit a fight between antibiotics and other meds in my body. Sometimes they don't play well together.
I read Kuki's post about getting Mrs. K another room for her snoring. It was funny because for the first time in over a year I awoke to an empty bed. Betty had abandoned me during the night because of my snoring. The sinuses were just too blocked. I used to be a heavy snorer but since I lost weight I haven't snored.
Today will be a day of rest. I was going to do taxes this weekend. We'll see what happens.
Take care,
Mike
