Default Good Sunday Morning, Happy Easter

Happy Easter Sunday morning to all of the Cruisemates who practice Christianity. Let us reflect upon ourselves for a moment and recall the reason why we celebrate Easter.......

Houston is 37F with a windchill of 30F!! Rain is still falling and some of the rain is coming down in the form of sleet. I cannot recall, in my lifetime, such a time when the weather was this cold on Easter. Global warming..... Indeed!!

Good morning, Michael: Happy Easter, Cruisemates. It sure doesn't look like Easter in the "Burgh". We have snow flurries right now and not much hope for improvement throughout the day.
I'm making an early Easter dinner ...we will eat at noon so that Jackie and Jason can go for round two at Jason's mom's later in the day.
We had a nice night out with the group last night....it was so nice getting out with people for a change. I had something for dinner that I had never even heard of before. It was called a "boxty". Similar to a potato pancacke. I am not sure why I have never heard of this dish as I am 50% Irish.
I hope you all have a great day.

Top o the morning to you, Mary Lou and Michael, and all my "Mates" to follow. The lovely Mrs. Jones (Vita) and I wish you all a happy Easter. We're waiting for my brothers, and their familys to start rolling in from the frozen North for our family reunion cruise aboard "Liberty" next week. It'll be great to see, one and all.

Good Morning from Central Texas where we are covered in snow. No one around here ever remembers this much snow on the ground at one time, and surely not in April. Joe got stuck at work, and ended up leaving the car, and walking to one of his friends house.

Happy Easter to all. I am going to try and get to church this morning. We have lost cable, so I don't know of closures. We are due to warm up later.

Everyone be safe.

Luanne

Happy Easter!

In the last few day we had about 11 inches of snow fall. My DH now has to go shovel the driveway.

So much for the Easter bonnet. We have Easter boots.

Good morning and Happy Easter:

The family will be over this afternoon for dinner and Easter Egg hunting. It hasn't been a great few days. Let's just say, I'd trade Kuki's airline travel over it.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Take care,
Mike

Good Morning and Happy Easter from a freezing Montreal. Sun is out, but we woke up to snow-covered everything again this morning. Sure doesn't look like Easter.
We're hoping that later today my daughter and BF will make it over for dinner. At least we will be able to celebrate with a small family group, my sister is still too ill to make it. She's hoping to host a belated Easter dinner next weekend!
Wishing you all a nice Easter Sunday with family and friends....

Default Good Sunday Morning, Happy Easter

Happy Easter to you all. Well, no snow here in Southern California, but it surely is dreary and cold. Not the worst Easter weather, but not the best, either. And no Easter bonnet. I will stick to my winter clothing today when I dress to go to MIL's for Easter brunch.

First some oatmeal, then some newspaper, then the freeway! A happy holiday to everybody.

Judy

Happy Easter to all. We had sleet falling at 7AM, only for a few minutes though. I did get a pix of it, just so people would believe me. We're off to some friends for our version of Easter diner, BBQ chicken, potato salad, baked beans. Sounds good to me

Good Morning cruisemates!... from the home office of the Kuki family in Calgary. This trip felt really good to come home from.

While enduring the long travel jaunt around the continent, I was dreaming of all the places I could have gone to in the same amount of time.

Did get some good news.. we're going to be grandparents. Kuki Jr and his girlfriend got a new puppy, Bella.
Interesting coincidence, as if Judd (Kuki Jr) had been a girl his name was going to be Bailey or Bella.

Wishing all our Christian cruisemates a very Happy Easter Sunday. Enjoy your time with families and friends.

Despite several lovely days last week, Easter looks more like Christmas in Denver this morning. It snowed over an inch while we were in church this morning. Couldn't believe it. My wife has most of the side dishes done, our kids will be arriving soon with desert and salads, and at 1:00PM MDT (about an hour from now I will be putting a 6 pound leg of lamb in the oven.

Happpppy Easter all
