I was searching for a cruise next month and went to 4 different internet sites, ones I've used in the past, and noticed all 4 had the exact same price. I've never encountered this phenomenon before. Has Carnival followed the others and not allow travel companies to discount their cruises? Anyone have an explanation?
Book me on your next cruise and enjoy your personal punching bag.
Yes, they sure did, same kind of pricing as Royal Caribbean has. Unless there is some special group kind of cruise, you'll find the prices to be quoted the same. Some agents may offer some amenities that others don't..
Kuki, I keep forgetting to tell you that I e-mailed a copy of your terrific article about how to use Priceline to my SIL and his wife. They plan to take their first "adult" land trip, meaning no kids. SIL's wife complained about hotel prices, which is when I clued them both into Priceline and your article. I haven't heard whether or not they used the info, but I will let you know.
I've quoted Kuki's article numerous times. He gives me money each time I do. (kidding!!!!!) If he doesn't I send my nephew, Guido, to get it.
Carnival isn't as strict as Royal Caribbean. You can call or email an agent to get a lower price but they can't advertise a lower price except on group cruises but they pull group space faster than whole lobster on a buffet.
