Default A Pillar of the Community


Today's stop was at Izmir, Turkey... from where we set out for Euphesus (a site filled with amazing anitquities)

I was so pleasantly surprised by Izmir. A city of 4 million people, It's very clean, and quite modern, and friendly people. People might think they should be concerned about going on your own in Turkey. The perception would be wrong. This is a spot, if I were to visit again, I wouldn't hesitate to even wander a bit on my own.

Full report of our day on the NCL board later, though I've already uploaded the pics.
