Good morning Cruisemates friends. Today is Tuesday and I am off today. It is expected to rain today but, I'll be indoors and asleep most of the daylight hours. Another day closer to retirement and a new career, whatever that shall be.
Have a most wonderful day everybody!
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Courage and perserverance have a magical talisman; before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into the air.
Pick your company wisely! Hang around people who are going to help you become all God created you to be.
The sun is shining! It is chilly tho' and we had a hard frost last night (in the 20's).
Well didn't get as much as I hoped to accomplished yesterday, so I'll plow into it all today I guess - funny how life gets in the way of well laid plans.
Have a Bible Study to Lead this morning, then hope to get some work done, then home to wait for the Fed Ex man who will be delivering my new phone from Verizon...then to see if I'll be able to figure it all out.
Good Morning!!! My last in NYC this week. It will be a beautiful week here in the NE.
Hope everyone has a great day!!!!!

My daughter comes home from Ecuador tomorrow. I can hardly wait. Don't think I'll get much sleep tonight, even though her plane doesn't land in Boston until 10:00 pm. All she requested is for us to have a Dunkin's coffee and a bagel waiting for her. Talked to her on Saturday. She LOVES the rainforest. She stated it is "indescribable". She even ate a grub. YUK! Can't wait to see her pictures and HER!!!!!!
My son has not heard from his doctor about the results of his CT Scan last Thursday. We are thinking--NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS. He is feeling good so that's a plus. Hopefully he'll be stone free for a long, long time.
Tony had some minor surgery yesterday. He is fine but boy was he funny coming out of the anesthesia.
Time to get back to work. The bosses are starting to roll in.
Good Morning, Everybody,
Boy, a half hour on the computer certainly goes quickly. This is a quick check-in from Avon Park, Florida where the temp is closing in on 70 degrees, with no rain in the forecast. However, we're the county where we'll get the "stray" shower.
It's just another day at work and in the evening, the wind down of shows ending for the season. Most of my activities are over for the Summer. (Trevor's happy about that!)
The biggest challenge is an Interim Director for our dept at work-much different working and leadership style than the Primary boss who had resigned but will now return from touring in Sept. Also, our facility is getting a new Exec Director June 1. We've met him once-seems very nice.
Take care for now. We have 23 Fridays to go before we cruise!!
Morning All, from Montreal. Is it Tuesday already? Boy, these long weekends really mess you up!
Back to work for me today, will be nice to have a 4 day week! Weather is looking good for the whole week too, warming up nicely, although it's still cool this morning. Did a lot of gardening this weekend, well not actually planting anything, just weed and dead stuff clean-up! I hope to plant some flowers next weekend...
Good morning from Southern California. Still cold and overcast here, but so far, no rain.
Well, today is Keith's 78th birthday. We plan to go ot to dinner tonight. Hope we make it home in time for Dancing with the Stars. The birthday celebration will continue on Saturday at Keith's son's house.
