I'm sorry, but I love all the old WWII movies,,,my absolute favorite being: A Bridge Too Far, followed closely by Bridge at Ramagan, then maybe Bridge on the River Kwai. (I seem to have a thing about "Bridge" movies don't I?) Anyway, give me a great old war movie anyday, and I'll actually sit for 2 hours and watch it. (unlike todays movies which I wouldn't spend 2 minutes wasting my time watching)

Excellent choices Venice. There are so many really good WWII movies that it's easy to overlook many of them. Thanks for the memories! (Now I have to go over and see my neighbor who is the manager at BlockBuster) 8)
There are literally hundreds of great movies that I have seen and enjoyed. One of my all time favorites is "Being There" with Peter Sellers. If you haven't seen it and can find it, I highly recommend it.
