Carne D'Espeto Recipe (portuguese dish)
No big deal here. It just means meat on a skewer

Here is what you will need,
5 lbs. of sirloin tips
1 and 1/2 heads of garlic, peeled and chopped
6 to 8 tablespoons of red ground pepper
salt and pepper to taste.

I disagree with this recipe a bit we always use rock salt not regular. The rock salt locks the juices into the meat so it doesn't dry out. Also my dad puts some wet wood chips in the BBQ for a smokey flavor. The skewers in this picture are the ones my dad uses. But that is not my dad the hairline is simlar.

That looks great. Very similar to the chuhascaria (Brasilian steak houses) style of cooking. They come along with the different cuts of meat on the, fire roasted skewers, and cut it at the table.

Can't wait to try have it.

That picture looks simlar to the make shift BBQ my dad made to to his Espeto. This is the Madeira Island style so on 3CCCs you can order this.

A churrascaria (IPA pronunciation: [ʃuxas'kaɾiÉ?]) is a Brazilian or Portuguese steakhouse. Churrasco is the cooking style, which translates roughly from the Portuguese for 'barbecue'. Look what I found. I think I finally found a present my dad would want. (he is hard to shop for)
