Default What's the Pride doing in port?

http://live6.truelook.com/face/newfa...+Ship+Terminal
The Carnival Pride went on a seven day cruise 9/2/07 . However, do to storm was changed to Catalina and Ensenda (4 day?) But it's only Sept 5 and I'm staring at the ship in port. Anyone know what happened?

the Pride has been diverted to Catalina, San Diego and Ensenada this week. And that is San Diego that you are looking at, NOT its Long Beach homeport.

It's night time and the pride is still there will it stay there until Sept 9? Also if you pay for a 7 day cruise and they change it to a 4 day do they give you a partial refund. I'm just interested this has never happened to me.

No one said anything about the cruise being changed from a 7 day sailing to a 4 day sailing. It's still gonna be a 7 day cruise with different ports of call. Although I would be royally bummed with this myself!
Kat, go to the Carnival website and it mentions all the changes they have had this week because of the hurricanes/tropical storms.
Here's a link for you, paste and copy it into your browser.

I just guessed this was supposed to be a 7 day. The Pride normally does the seven day Mexican Riveria. This cruise was 9/2/07 next one is 9/9/07 which is a seven days apart. The ship is leaving San Diego at 8:30PM California time. What may have happened is San Diego became the port instead of Catalina because Catalina is a tender port with heavy winds they couldn't tender. The ship is now headed to Long Beach, that is my guess. I watch the San Diego port and I was suprised to see the Pride there. San Diego is normally the Elation's home port. I like a good mystery. I think I go to the Meet on Board and leave a question of the cruisers.

Kat,
You once again have it all wrong, dear.
1) The Pride has already visited Catalina, she was there on Monday, Labor Day.
2) She is NOT heading towards Long Beach, she's on her way to Ensenada.
3) There is no mystery about this particular run, if you just visited the link I gave you, Carnival has the details of ALL crusies affected by the recent hurricanes/tropical storms and the altered itineraries.
Please, stop making things up and adding confusion/misinformation to your posts.

Thank you and I do not mean to be rude.

Captain
