Will..bring your basketball sneakers and we can play some pick up ball after the cruise in the lower 9th ward and I can show you pictures from the Playboy Jazz Cruise..that should keep you busy for 4-5 days

Your Baton Rouge buddy Mel can see if there are some LSU & Hornet games being played during that time if she is not still hung over from celebrating the Saints Super Bowl Victory

Will..yes there really is a Playboy Jazz Cruise..it's to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Playboy Jazz Festival (of which I am going to this year)..Marcus Miller is the musical host...Herbie Hancock, Dianne Reeves, Keb Mo (blues artist),Poncho Sanchez (Latin Jazz Band), James Moody, Roy Hargrove, James Carter, Eldar (20 year old protegee of Oscar Peterson), Roberta Gambarnni (big band vocalist), New Birth Brass Band (from New Orleans they are awesome), Alonzo Bodden (winner of the last comic standing contest) and more to be added..It's on the Westerdam (full charter) Jan 25 thru Feb 1st...Since Playboy is underwriting this, I'm sure there will be lots more

So you and your wife need to join me on the cruise..hand around New Orleans for the week and then go on the BLOG2NOLA outing

Mel I'm so tried to me and the hubby went to Reno I won 40 bucks in 5 mintues then didn't gamble anymore. My hubby did not win. The drive was nice all the fresh snow in the mountains. It was a wonderful sunny day perfect for taking a drive.

Will...my court, my rules..actually in my younger days my game resembled Chris Paul..now I have no game but my 11 year old neighbor son could stand in for me very well

Kat..you have to get written permission from your husband for me to bring you back anything..you can offer him a bribe by telling him I'll bring him a signed autograph of his name from the current PMOY...oops, I forgot I'm going on this cruise for the music and the articles

Will my friend..I understand exactly how you feel about the pro game..I have a chance to get some "comp" tickets but I think I am going to pass...it's just not the same game...I would prefer a good barn burner college game (Duke/UNC, Syracuse/Georgetown) instead of a pro all star..just like the NFL pro bowl (boring)..I am however going to a pre game function that will debut an HBO documentary about the early days when African Americans first started coming into the NBA and also about the great HBCU schools that the NCAA refused to allow to play in the college tournament..It's hosted by Earl 'The Pearl" Monroe, one of my all time favorite players

CrazySis..thanks, I practice that everyday..however, no one believes me
