Good Morning! Little over two weeks to go before our cruise. We got the pet service arranged to look after Isabelle our shih tzu and the 4 cats, Sofia our poodle is going to stay with one of Marj's daughters as she can be trusted in an unfenced yard.

Doug.....and the excitement begins to grow! Have a great time!
I'm headed to Lake Charles and then to Texas to visit my grandchildren. I think I'll be driving in the rain...yuck! We have a big weekend planned. I'll get to see my grandson play in his first football playoff game, then we will have loads of fun at Ashton's Halloween Birthday Party.......and of course, we must watch LSU beat Auburn!
If you are going to walk on thin ice, you may as well dance!
Got you beet Doug! Just 4 days for the lovely Mrs. Jones (Vita) and me. The "Miracle" is waiting, along with St. Lucia, St. Kitts, and of course St. Maarten. I can't believe that Vita hasn't begun to pack yet!!!!! I'd better go take her temperature and see if she's O.K.
Melody, you're way too young to have a grand child playing football. You must have yourself confused with some much older person! Anyway, congratulations on that accomplishment. My two grandsons are getting there, but not quite at the age for sports yet.
Morning All, from Montreal, where it's dull again, but no rain (yet).
Despite the fact I took the day off yesterday, feeling rotten, I still managed to sand and paint 3 doors in the basement. One still needs some more repairs, and they all need another coat of paint, but I have to get some more, I ran out!
Meanwhile, it's back to work. Feeling almost human again today, just sluggish, but the little ones will keep me on my toes!
I'm going to head out, around noon, to go "play" with my brother, nephew and "the guys" for our annual South Dakota hunting trip. I don't think I'll be doing much hunting but it will be fun to be with the guys.
Kramer saw the camoflauge duffle bag and knows what's coming. He won't move away from it. It's good to see the old boy excited. He'll be doing much more hunting than me and doing his role of "Finder of lost birds.". His nose might be gray but it still works well.
Kuki: Glad to hear you are having fun in Vegas.
Doug and Ken: Have wonderful cruises!!!
Donna: I'm glad you are feeling better. Now go spread that cold to the kids. Give them back what they gave you.
Melody: Have fun with the grandkids.
Sharon: It's never to early to "begin" packing. It's the finishing that's hard.
Luanne: Have a nice day off: When you're done, head up north and take a whack at my place. I've been a bit lax in my "Cinderella Duties".
To everyone else, have a wonderful weekend and early next week.
See ya sometime next week.
