Morning All, from Montreal, where the thermometer says -2C but the wind looks colder! Looks like a dull day here and I aim to start (and hopefully finish!) my Christmas shopping. The sudden realization that I only have 4 weeks left has set me into panic mode!
So, it's off to the stores for me, but instead of battling the cold and crowds, I rather wish I was still in this happy place:
Good morning from Orlando. Where is everybody today? Not much planned, may start decorating for Christmas....not as much fun doing that without either of the kids here. It's a beautiful summer day here, highs in the 80's....sorry Donna....I did some online shopping last night.
This year our circle of friends decided (at my suggestion when I started dreading Christmas shopping) to donate to a charity instead of buying each other more stuff and that will help with the frenzy.
Angela Z.
Good morning Donna and Angela, and to those to follow from a chilly central Texas. It has been raining, and a bit icy mixed in for the last couple of days. It is wonderful to have a fire in the fire place rather than the air conditioner.
I hope that everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
I also plan on doing some more shopping, but most of mine will be on line. It is so much easier than getting out and fighting the crowds.
Good morning ladies, and all others to follow. Back from my fantastic...and fabulous voyage. Everything was great. The trip back home was full of pratfalls. That in another posting. Now, I need a vacation to go with my vacation.

Good morning from an overcast Southern California. Mother Nature looks like she's pouting today.
It's a bit early for Christmas shopping. I still haven't recovered from Thanksgiving! I will do some of my shopping on line and get the out-of-town ones taken care of first. Unfortunately, I will have to hit the dreaded crowds and grapple with parking issues at some point.
Keith is still abed, having not figured out the lighting fixture mystery yet. There won't be much else going on here, except the usual Sunday paper reading.
