Good morning from sunny Florida. The cold front is on the way. I think we can handle the 70 degree temps coming our way.
I booked a Southern Carib. cruise on Emerald Princess yesterday. We've really been wanting to do one of those again, and when I discovered that they go out of Fort Lauderdale, it was too hard to pass up. Now what to do about the Solstice??????
Have a good one all. Sending prayers out for Jen and Jennifer.
Getting ready for the snow they are scaring us with for tonight! Let's hope it's light and fluffy...nikki and the kids are coming over for dinner. so I will have some tushy pinching time with Lucie:)
Bruce has stopped smoking, after 100 years, it's such a good thing:)
I got myself an Ipod touch screen, basically to download books, but so far not having the best selections to download:( I think I got more tech, than I could ever use in my lifetime..It may go right back on Ebay:( we'll see.
Make it a good one.
Trip, with her book & tea!

Morning All, from Montreal where the sun has found us after all!
It's bright and sunny but only -6C (21F). There's a promise of snow for tomorrow, but I don't know how much.... Delft, stay where you are! 8)
I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see my good friend (another Donna) posting on CruiseMates for the first time. I know she's been lurking for a long time. She and her husband Wayne will be sailing with James and me in less than 2 weeks.j I can hardly wait!
We are off this afternoon to Ontario (not as far as Donna's though) to visit my aunt, and my cousin who is in town from way up in Northern Ontario.
I only get to see him every couple of years when he comes down "out of the bush". I love visiting this aunt because she is a great cook and always makes us welcome with a fabulous meal and an assortment of desserts. She is the Queen of Squares"!
Good morning from sunny Southern California. Temps in the 80's today.
Delf, I am jealous, too. I thought Tortola was beauiful.
Trip, you're right. There's no way to buy an electronic anything and get only the technology you need. Our new CD player is the same way. Way more stuff on it than I'll ever use.
It's the usual quiet Sunday here: breakfast, the Sunday paper and crossword. Lunch out someplace later. I had a good time listening to the new CD player last night. Keith picked the music and I enjoyed all of it.
UM RD if you would like to like disable the ships engines some how right about now for a two day period that would be fine.....Enjoyed a wonderful day at the beach. This cruise has been the best to date, we have done so much, I am embarressed to say how many pictures we took, but we went non stop all day. NCL is great, for me, I dont impose my likes on others, but for us its been so wonderful. What was the best is most port days were from 8 Am to 6 pm, THIS MEANT FOR WONDERFUL DAYS TO REALLY SEE AND DO. Oops sorry for the caps, wrong button! Have a great day every one, and special thoughts especially to Jen.
