Good Morning CruiseMates!! Melissa, I well remember those snow days. I am glad to be away from the snow and cold now. So take today and curl up with a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy it. Day off for me. Going to do the paperwork for my new job. Dinner in Orlando tonight to meet Jeanne and ellis, looking forward to that for sure. Have a great one.

Good Morning All!!!! Marj is in misery as her beloved Cowboys failed to win a playoff game for the 12th year in a row . She always responds to my needling that "We have five rings!!!" To which I respond, "That was then, this is now!!!" Thanks Jessica! I was very touched by T.O.'s tears .
No snow in Philly as the storm bypassed us to the north. I miss the big honking snowstorms of yesteryear.
Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Morning All, from Montreal, where it's SNOWING again! Up to 10cms and high winds expected today, but not enough to call a Snow Day.
Delft, if you're smart, you'll stay where you are, even if you have to disable the ship yourself!
I'm out of here early this morning to meet with the administration people at the mall where I won the cruise. Hope to get my voucher and some answers to all my questions, then I'll be able to plan my next cruise!
I'm up early today for an early doctor's appointment. I should get the final verdict on my pacemaker. I think they'll keep it where it is. No problems for the last week. Maybe they'll actually let me raise my arm over my head and lift more than 10 lbs. I also want to take my walk with Kramer. Both of us are getting fat.
I hope everyone has a great day and a wonderful week.

Good morning from FL. Looks like a pretty nice day around here. We are waiting for the call from my brother that the wheelchair van has arrived in town. Somedays his 45 min. trip ends up taking a few hours. Not an easy ride for him, but he loves to come up.
Good Morning All! I just got off the phone with d/h who is in the Big Apple working this week. I was relieved to hear that the foot of snow that was predicted is missing Manhattan. D/S has a terrible cough, he's had it all week, so we're headed to the doctor in about an hour.
One thing good about having our new sweet little kitty, is I can send her in to wake up the kids and it is a much more peaceful awakening for the entire household. It sure beats me rousting everyone from their peaceful slumbers and being met with resistance.
I am pleased to report that our very aged Doctor is still amongst the living and is seeing d/s this morning. I was a little concerned last week when I tried calling him at 4:00 a.m. after d/s swallowed a paperclip in the middle of the night and the good doctor didn't answer the phone...I can't imagine why???????? He's at least in his 80's. Going to his office is like taking the kids on a field trip to a medical museum. He is wonderful and we love him.
Anywho, I have to get my hair done at 11:30, so hope the Doc is running at full speed. Now I am off for my first kuppa coffe.... See ya later!
