Default The robins have landed!!

There have been hundreds of these robins in our yard every morning, then they disappear until the next morning. They sit in the trees and talk to each other, it is an eerie sound to hear them all.

That's really neat. Now I know where they go in the winter. :-)

I think I would be afraid to venture out...I love birds and having them at my feeder, but that being said, I'm also pretty afraid of them.
For us here in the north tho' they signal spring has returned.
So let us know when they depart, as we will welcome their return.

How I love Robins! Everyone of my elementary school years' drawings, that were drawn in the Springtime, had robins and red tulips in them...and I mean everyone...lol. Thanks for posting the pic, Floridanamaw!

They haven't been here all day today so maybe they have moved on to the north. They seem to show up every couple of weeks then leave for a while. They also like to leave robin p@@p everywhere

Default The Robins Have Landed

I haven't seen a robin since I left Minnesota. I used to love 'em. Doug, I, too, thought about the Hitchcock movie "The Birds!" They weren't robins, though.
