Default We are back from the Paradise! Review is now up.

Just got home from the Paradise, debark was a breeze, line was only a few seconds long and freeway traffic was moving! Off the ship by 9am, home by 10am.

I will post a review and some pics later on this afternoon.

Boy, I wish I could get home in an hour after a cruise! Instead, it's hours of travel and waiting around airports....
Will look for your review and pics!

Welcome back Captain..You were missed, I agree.

I have to add the speedo comments also. Are there any pics

Can't wait to see your pics of the ship and of the excursions, they are always so entertaining.

Captain:
So...when is your next cruise? Watch the prices and try to hop on board the Valor on May 11 and cruise with the "Funseekers" We will teach you the meaning of "fun".

I can't say for sure if there will be any speedos or bikinis with this group. I will say though, that we don't do afternoon naps! If we go into the cabins in the afternoon, it is not to nap

What can I say The majority of us are in our late 40's mid 50's. We have pleny of time to "nap"

Thanks for the smiles girls and the welcome back!

Kat, last night I met your crazy sister lol online, I asked her if you girls are related and she told me the story of how she came about being here. I told her GREAT, Captain now gets 2 for the price of 1
As regards your question, we usually prefer the longer cruises but those 4 day cruises out of Long Beach or San Diego we take those anytime the price drops to $200 or under, the way we figure it is like we're taking a short break to Vegas, we've been there scores of times but can never get
enough of it, at least the Mrs can't! The short cruises also help feed our cruising addication until a longer cruise comes along at a heavily discounted price which lately seem to be getting harder and harder to find. gggggggggrrrrrrrr To me it's mostly about shipboard life, I am just happy being on A ship.

I'm glad you enjoyed my review. Despite the events of the first day, it was another fun-filled trip for us and even though the Mrs is a bit reserved
and shy (unlike you know who ) she's always game and a good sport!

Yes Csis and I are 13 months apart. She is older. I'm the sweet, innocent sister and she is the wild, crazy sister. We are both going on the 3CCCs cruise in April. Will the ship hold up? This will be Csis' first cruise.

I have cruised the 7 day to Mexico, the 6 day to Mexico, the 4 day to Mexico, and the 12 day (?) to Alaska. The Alaskan cruise left out of San Francisico. We like be able to drive to port. Have you ever cruise Alaska? It's nice having another west coast cruiser on these boards. Does the Mrs. like the craps tables cause that's my favorite? My hubby likes the slots. Reno and Lake tahoe are like 2 hours from here.
