Ok, back on for now.... the internet carrier service at this hotel is a real joke.

I know all of the training being conducted. I have been approached about moving here and becoming one of their instructors. Nah! I'll stay in Houston.

Momma is dropping in tomorrow for a conjucal visit . Good timing.

Two more weeks of this and I will be back in Space City, USA!

Good morning HIH. I'll carry the banner if I must. I am believing that since it is Springtime, everyone is doing cleaning chores.

Last week was definitely a big pile of CARP for me. I hardly had time for myself. Its been very pretty here so on Friday I escaped from the office and took a walk down to the river and watched freighters and guys in thier fishing boats having fun. I didn't want to go back to the office but knew I had to.

This weekend I'm relaxing, eating dinner with my friend and drinking lots of wine.

Well, the visit never happened. I got a phone call two hours before she was to arrive and she was at work! Oh well.....

Dina, since you moved to the office it seems you have been busier than normal. Any new responsibilities that have caused this? And I have to ask....what did you do that caused those fisherman to be so happy?

Mehawk, the ole ball n chain left you hangin? You sure you don't need Elliot Spitzers little black book? I am wondering what shade of blue do things turn after a few weeks bro.

Darlene, was wondering, you haven't talked much about the stang lately. Is the excitement wearing off?

MSBJ, I guess sending the kid to daycare is necessary. It should be ok. Just make sure that you pour him a bowl of penicillin for breakfast everyday!

I called her earlier. The International Festival was going on in Houston today and she usually works that. When I spoke to her, she was at home in Houston.

Hey.. A shiny new home... Thank you Mike.

Joe - I've changed jobs. I'm now a team lead with direct reports since December. Now my job is evolving a bit more. I'll be in charge of all the developers (25 people) and doing client visits. Yes.. I get the money that goes with that. To say that this keeps me busy is an understatement.

just when everyone thought the nuts were going away... bang, they pop up again. hope you all had good weekends. i had the pleasure of replacing the timing belt for my youngest. finished just in time to see grand ma pull up with trani fluid pouring from the bottom of her car the good news is this is a holiday week, the bad news is after jacking the car up to get a look at the problem, the problem stopped. so that means the best guess is the main seal which means pulling the trani. something that i am getting way too old to do

dina... you can lead me anywhere!!!

ready we hope you had a good trip... and with any luck no back problems!!!

Michael hope you founds lots to do to keep you busy and out of trouble.

rescue... the fact that you had to ask makes me worry a bit about you

Hi, Boys and Girls!

We had a really nice weekend. Nice weather. The back is fine, Walter, Honey, thank you for asking! We celebrated our 34th anniversary!

Only problem was a return of the grey water leak, on the RV! We will let the repair shop try to repair it one more time. I'm guessing we will have to buy the entire grey water holding tank assembly! Oh joy! I guess it is called maintenance. ........ Sounds like Walter knows all about that!

Walter, look at all the money you have saved, doing repairs of this sort! But I would think you could find better things to do, while on holiday!

Rescue, you asked about the stang? What are you talking about???? We had a '69 Mach I that we sold. It belonged to my BIL and had been sitting in the garage since the mid 80's, when he replaced it with a truck. It was in need of a lot of work, and DH just wasn't interested.

Michael, I'm sorry that Sandra wasn't able to visit. I hope you were able to get out and about, though.

James, are you still spending all your extra time with the wood chipper?

Mama Marty, did you get buried under the diapers today?

Dina, did you recuperate from last week, just in time for this one?

And guess what? I've got a ship coming for me Thursday! Aaaaahhhhh!

ready... if the car service sends a white truck with medical signs painted on it, and drivers that are dressed in all white, you might want to find another way to get to your ship!!!

Good Morning

Good evening!

What's everyone up to?

I guess I'm kinda thinking about packing. Haven't quite started, but I'm thinking about it. Does that count? Walter, I don't see a problem getting to the port. I could probably walk that far, if I really had to! I'll just strap all the luggage onto Don's back, and off we'll go!

Guess what! Luanne and Jim Russo are booked for the Ecstasy! They will be celebrating their anniversary. I'll get to meet up with them!

Good morning!

I think I'm supposed to be busy doing something, but, hey, I have another day to pack, right?

James, I wish you and Joyce were sailing with us, too! It is going to be quite a stretch, to get a tractor to seem like a cruise ship!

Marty, I can handle Wally World maybe twice a month, and try to NEVER go there on the weekend or right after school lets out! Also I refuse to take anything back to Wally World, as a return. That is DH's job. In his opinion, if it came from WW, it can be returned, regardless of how long we have owned it, or the reason for the return. And he usually gets a new item or the money back! Amazing!

were you referring to the ROyal Carribbean Grandeur of Seas cruise; we had identical interior cabins on the 8th deck and they were awesome.

Hi Darlene

I see you were on Royal Caribbean, Were you happy with your cabin?
were you referring to the ROyal Carribbean Grandeur of Seas cruise; we had identical interior cabins on the 8th deck and they were awesome.
yep yep.. I have no complaints about those cabins. Not that I spent much time in there.

sooo... exactly who's cabin were you in??? you should know better than to let you guard down!!

James... i have no idea what i am doing for the trani yet, her car is sitting in her yard up on jacks... i am getting too old for jobs like that. guess i will ask around and see what it will cost to replace a main seal, but i am pretty sure it will be more than a 95 taurus is worth. my bet would be that i will have a date with the car over the weekend but i would feel much better if it would leak again and i could see and be 100% sure its the seal

ready, i think half the fun of cruising for you is the last minuet rush packing you do and i only work on my cars cause i cant afford to pay anyone else!!! including mom, the kids, i keep 5 on the road.

marty, i thought you lived in a white truck and the white coats were your maids
