The DW, Priscilla and I, sailed the Holiday Feb 11th and thought she was wonderful. It was our first cruise, so the smaller ship was an excellent choice for us. Even though she is an older ship, she is in good shape. The bedding is like what is on all the other Carnival ships with the comfort bedding. We wanted to take it all home with us. It was sooooooo comfy. We stayed at the Wingate Inn in Mobile and it was very nice. They have a park and cruise special where you can leave your vehicle there for $8 a day and they have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise terminal and then you call them again when you get back and they will come and pick you up! Very nice place to stay and we are going to stay there again when we sail next year. The Mobile cruise terminal is awsome. Everyone is very very friendly and helpful. We loved the Holiday and are planning another cruise on her again next year. If you have any more questions feel free to pm us or ask here and we will try to get you an answer. Good luck and happy cruising!
I've sailed it twice, last June was the last time. I think it's retiring soon but we enjoyed it. It's a smaller ship but it's clean and nice. You can't really get lost. We thought the beds we comfortable and nice. Like I said, it's older (with decorations and etc.) but it's fun and very nice inside. You wouldn't know it's older in most spots.
