“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
Boy, did I just walk down memory lane or what ! Let me tell you....
Bruce's pal, owns a memorabilia company, and he is often on Antiques Roadshow. he is Gary, the man with the ponytail, and Hawaiin shirts, who collects all this stuff, and through him, I have those Dixie cup lids, with movie stars on them, that, I loved to lick as a kid.
He also got us tickets to see some of the old tv stars, Grampa from the Munsters, and Howdy Doody, Buffalao Bob, and Clarabelle. I have to tell you I cried.
Since the hair on my neckline grows up,much to my dismay, as a kid, I had perfect d.a's.
So many more of these had me shakon my head, boy, what my kids missed, but, they are making their own memories.......
Trip, with her book & tea!

Getting old does have it's benefits. They're called memories. You know you're gettin' up there when you not only subscribe to Reminisce, Reminisce Extra and The Good Old Days; but you even recall a lot of the tangibles and intangibles related in the stories within their pages.
'Course I'm not referring to yours truly, you understand!
