Hey Ed, Maybe you could open part of your home up as a Museum for the Johnny Carson Tonight Show. You and your wife could still live in part of the house and just open it up during the weekdays for a few hours only. Either for a fee or a donation - You could set it up as a non-profit that way. You might have to go through the city board to get permission - but its a thought anyway. I'm sure those Hollywood Tour Trams would love to make a stop in your neighborhood.
