Default Message to Paul

Paul, CruiseMates and you by name were referenced in the Travel section of the Sunday Chronicle. Spud Hilton, wrote about the Morans being booted off RCCL for life. He gave the subject a fair review and explained the facts. Because we are in San Francisco I have no doubt that many will view RCCL as Evil no matter what the article says, but with your quote at least people have a understanding of the issue. . . CruiseMates editor Paul Motter "The worst thing for us regular consumers would be to teach potential cheapskates a systematic method of getting discounts by complaining until they burn out a cruise line, and then just move on" said Motter. Good job Paul first time I have enjoyed reading anything in the Chronicle in quite a while. Happy Fathers Day! to all you guys. Mike

Here is a link to the article:

Cruising on Complaints Can Lead To Drydock

I agree with Paul. If you have a legitimate complaint you should first let the onboard staff know about it and if you don't get some sort of resolution then you need to go the corporate route but it BETTER be a legitimate complaint and not something to be bragged about.

TravelMike I love to read the comments on SF Gate stories so entertaining. I rarely agree but always entertaining. I think I will throw a comment on this story. This could get really fun.
