Because we are in San Francisco I have no doubt that many will view RCCL as Evil no matter what the article says, but with your quote at least people have a understanding of the issue. . . I agree with Paul. If you have a legitimate complaint you should first let the onboard staff know about it and if you don't get some sort of resolution then you need to go the corporate route but it BETTER be a legitimate complaint and not something to be bragged about.
