Default Good Sunday Morning 'Mates!

Beginning to turn a little light outside here in upper East Tennessee but not yet enough to see the outline of the mountains.

Have finally returned to everyday living following the most fantastic vacation we've ever taken. I finally finished the review of our cruise and have submitted it earlier this morning for posting. It is LONG but I subscribe to the school that a detailed review is the most informative one. I also believe in pointing out glitches and since opinions are just those, render them with complete abandon.

The cruise was glorious but there are some things that made me take notice, especially as regards the attitude of those in the islands at the ports of call that appear to have altered considerably since our last visit in June of '06.

Another thing of which I took note were the art auctions. Possibly more about those on another section of this website in the near future.

Meantime a glorious Sunday to all and as always, our hearts and prayers to all suffering illness or travail of any sort.

Todd

Hi Kids,
Going to be nice again today...yesterday we went down the Cape, ate lunch on the water in Hyannis, and walked around a bit. There was a breeze, and it was delightful. I was hoping to see a cruise shp in the Cape Cod Canal, but, nope:(

Today, is, lots of chores, since I was hardly home last week...

Have a good one.

Morning All, from Montreal, where yesterday's perfect weather day has been replaced by dull gray skies, rain and humidity.
Guess I will catch up up the indoor chores like Trip.

Yesterday I sat outside in my lawn chair and read a book. Also did some weeding and re-planting in my garden, all the while working on my tan.
One of those days I wished I had a pool!

Hoping you all have an equally relaxing weekend, and Todd, welcome back to reality!

Default Good Sunday Morning, Mates

Good morning from a temprarily cool SoCal. Looks like the cloud cover has returned. I just went out to pick up the paper and everything was wet. Looks like the monsoons from the Gulf of Mexico paid us a visit. We had thunder last night but the rain looks like it happened not too long ago.

We went mattress shopping yesterday in probably the biggest furniture store I've ever been in at over 200,000 sq. ft. We didn't buy anything, though. I came home and made a big salad which we will have for lunch today.

Time for some coffee and the Los Angeles Times. Have a nice Sunday, people.

Judy

The sun is out, but a 70 percent chance of rain. It rained ALL day yesterday so I couldn't even get in the pool. We'll be off in a while to visit a friend in the hospital recovering from surgery. Everyone have a great day.

Good morning all from sunny beautiful WI. A perfect day is on tap here!

Jake and I have been up and out for breakfast. It's always good to enjoy coffee made by someone else. :-)
I've just finished watchin the live video from one of my favorite churches in Florida, and now it's time to check up with things around here at CM.

Trip, I wish I could have joined you in Hyannis for lunch. I'm looking forward to our trip to the Cape in late August.

Todd, good to see you back. I'm looking forward to reading your review.

Prayers going out for those who asked for them.

Take care everyone.
Phyll

Good morning all. I am glad I went to church yesterday evening so I could get an early start on the kitchen this morning. This cabinet is becoming a bear because it is a little bit larger that the surrounding ones. I have to take it out, use the saw to trim it down and reapply it to the hole. Then out again for more trimming and back in. AARRGGHH! At least the pantry and its shelving and door went easier.

Have a wonderful day Cruisemates!!
