I also vote for Las Ramblas, Barcelona, Spain. Asking us to name the street is what made me think of Las Ramblas.

So a couple of you got it. It is Las Ramblas Street in Brcelona Spain. For those that have walked on this street witnessed several performers. It was very interesting.

I recognized it as Las Ramblas in Barcelona but read down to realize that others beat me to it. One of my favorite "Ramblas" characters was a man with a dog and a multi-llingual sign. A quick look it appears that he is begging food money for him and his dog, but the English on the bottom in small print said "Please give me money for food or I will eat this dog." Ramblas also has several perfomers that look like the guy in silver.
