Good morning HIH.

The weather is turning nice again here. It looks like we just got a few flakes and they are all gone. Thank goodness. My area is geared up for the final four ncaa tournament and we are quite pleased to have a Michigan team represented. Go Spartans!!

Walter - Thats not an adventure.. its a sunburn in places you really don't want! hehehe

Its looks like we're finally going to get some spring weather here in Northeast PA. (yeah). How is everyone doing today? I havent been on much lately been kinda busy at work and with the new pup, who by the way is a lil terror but we love her.
Carolin: Congrats on Michigan States run to the final 4. I think they have a pretty good shot to take it if they play smart.

Walter, you'll have to give us all the details when you return from this cruise! I'm sure there will be a lot of the passengers really up for it, but the rest of the time, everyone will just be hanging around.

Nothing exciting going on for me today, supposed to be a rainy day, so I'll probably stay inside. Probably a little weeding out of some of the stuff that seems to grow overnight. Jealous, aren't you!

What has been keeping you busy? I hope all is well in your life!

I find it interesting how connected I have become to the people on the CM site. Personalities come through and you feel like you know them personally. When they hurt, you hurt...... when they cruise, you cruise along with them!

hey Andy; you were missed; I am sure that pug is giving you the run around; my sis just got a new dog; his name is Leroy and he is a slow moving basset hound - it really is a comical looking dog; legs about 3 inches log.
the plus side; dog with 3 inch legs; he can't get on the couch...

you are so correct Ready; we are connected so to speak

I was late getting online this am; came into the office with my computer's fan hauling BASS; had to get online with Dell; troubleshoot it etc; turns out it needs a new fan and some thermal thingie magingie; installation scheduled for thurs.. whew, I was worried they would say put it in a box and send it to whereever.....

Walter, rescue would SAY he would go

- Mehawk maybe, James would if Joyce would let him

I don't think Pocono would go, but I could be wrong...

Joyce and I have been rather busy these past few weeks.Made two trips to AZ., one to Branson, and of course the trip to TN.
Here at home it's the same-o, same-o.
I'd go on a cruise, but can't afford it.

Walter - I would comment additional but am very SURE I will have *removed by moderator* on my comments. The men would be too afraid to go.

I myself just can not imagine the thought of some old mans hangie downie things on a seat just before me....let alone everyones starfish. I can feel me puking now. There could not be enough sanitizer in the world for this girl to do that.

Ready - all is well, I've just been knee deep into the recipes. Ended up removing the pictures on facebook of what I have created just as a CYA since I am submitting what I made to Pillsbury. Don't want to jinx myself. I want so bad to be a finalist but am expecting no since I am so new to all the contesting stuff. YES, I am jealous. I wish I didn't have to work.

Andy - she just needs more treats and toys.

Signing on late makes one wonder what was missed! I've just lots of work going on and can't seem to post any earlier.

Had a storm roll thru last evening, luckily it didn't last long but the light/sound shows were pretty impressive!!

Not much going on just counting down days til cruise time - 2 weeks for the mini cruise to the Bahamas and 292 days til Conquest out of Galveston!

Well, now I've got to get back to the grindstone and make some more money so I can cruise!

Ive been real busy at my current job and with all the stuff I need to do for my new job. The pup is a handful as well. But otherwise Im good and everything is well. I need a cruise badly but I see the prices are going up which is a bummer.
Marty; My little pup is growing so fast, she can now get up on the couch. She wont leave my 5 year old dog alone. It's quite funny

Someone (which one of you?) mentioned that the cost of cruises is going up...... that is sooooo true!

I got a flyer from Carnival today, advertising their "Screaming Hot Cruise Deals." Included was 5-day W. Caribbean on the Ecstasy (out of Galveston) from $649 and 7-day E. Caribbean on the Conquest (also out of Galveston) from $999. Add on to these the $30-$100 taxes and fees.

We have sailed the 4-day on Ecstasy for $250 (total) for inside cabin and could usually find the Conquest for approx $900 for a balcony.

I'm sure glad I have some cruises stacked up, cause I only see things going up, up, up!

morning all; been a buggy kinda day...

clock check: woot! looks like Walter & Bmama will be sailing soon;

also Mehawk aren't you going soon or is your next one in October.

okay all you wannabe travel agents; I need help finding something for my mom to do in May (it has to be a land vacation as with her recent mishap I will not feel right takign her on a cruise in case she has a problem). She still has a broken foot but in a soft walking cast; so she can walk short distances, she loves the slot machines; she loves to fish but her wrist isn't healed yet either; doesn't mind if we fly or drive to our destination, but I would prefer a short flight: so either Biloxi MS or possibly Branson. We were going to go to Savanah, but that is better for a time when she can walk without pain. It just seems like everything requires a lot of walking and she will not use a cane, walker or any other assistance (stubborn). Key West is too busy during mid-May and again, lots of walking.. ohhh I wish she would just say I want to go here and that's that... but she is letting me figure it out... ugh.

i always wanted to know where the people who live in the vacation capital of the world goes on vacation

when ever we plan a quick get away, i check with II, our exchange company for the time share. from there, depending on whats around, we figure something out. i say just toss a dart at a map

MAN up and make bj take you!!!

then James will come pick me up for sure!

well i booked rooms for my kids this time for aug., i am pretty sure they wont be able to make it, but at least i put in the effort. the biggest problem... finding someone to babysit the dog :evil: this is what happens when amateurs raise more dog than they can handle

ahhhhhh post hump day and Friday around the corner, hopefully I am taking tomorrow off; got lots of stuff to do with my mom; banking; shopping, etc.. it would be nice to just go get the stuff done instead of doing one thing then coming back to office then back & forth

Yep, that was a countdown that heard going on! I know that excitement, wish I were getting on a ship. I heard from my friend, thegambler, and she and her DH will be getting on the Conquest for a b2b next week. I jealous!

Just dropping in for a minute, we leaving for a road trip, but will be back later tonight. Nothing exciting, just going along with some friends, cause we can!

Hang in there... Friday is coming!
