Well it looks like I might have gotten tickets to the conference in Nawlins after all. YAY!! I find out for sure this week if my request went through.

This week is going to be a bit crazy for me. I have company coming for party of the holiday weekend and have some crazy parties to go to on Friday and Sunday nights. I kind of hope I get to sleep on Monday for a bit.

Noid is here too. I've just been reading only lately. Kind of being a semi loner lately.

Battling this never ending divorce of 6 years. I must look on the brighter side and take one day at time believing there is a higher plan unbeknownst to me and in the ends the nasty people will have to answer for their actions.

I put a post on the Chat for Cruisers to solicit for some votes on a photo contest I entered. Check it out and give me a vote, if you want.

I wonder how Marty and her mom have been doing.

Dina - we are heading up north to get the boat in the water. FINALLY!!!

Walter - sure hope you can get another one in. I just love all those hot months down there. It sure is the best way to cruise.

oh heck what was I thinking flying in soooo late;;; Honey's I'm home missed ya'll -- haha....
Walter, again not many pics as it was mainly my mom and I, but one of my friends drove up from PHoenix so I got to get some pics from her...

the Cher concert was absolutely amazing; we were so close I could count the rhinestones on her eyelids..... she did about a zillion costume changes and all were amazing (NO CAMERA's allowed) - she still looks awesome and man she can sing...

heard a little ching ching here and there, but felt like a bank courier making deposits at the casino's all over the strip

- since I left Erik in charge I got lots of catching up to do

Depends on where the pool is.

I haven't found out whether or not I got in the conference. I think I did but I still haven't seen them charge me for it.

They are going to mail (snail mail) confirmation information. Oh the joy. hahaha

That is what everyone is saying. Didn't ever realize going a bit darker would make me younger. Now I'll never look 37. But in the end, I gues I should embrace that. So many people my age look so much older than what they really are. Errrr I better watch out that every will start thinking I am Marks daughter!!!!!

Marty - I loved Vegas when we were there. We stayed at the Venetian and you talk about NICE!!!! Even the little canal shops where you can take a gondola ride. The sky they painted in there looks so very realistic. Did you have a chance to explore in there?
