For our friends who hold citizenship outside of North America:

If you are coming to or travelling through the United States to get to your cruise, the Visa Waiver Program has a new requirement to register with the U. S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) via Internet at least 72 hours before your expected departure to the United States. The registration is valid for multiple entries to the United States for a period of two years from the date of initial registration. This registration is FREE, and the web site provides an immediate response.
