For the Boaters

Cruising is one thing but having a boat and growing up around them is another. If you have a boat big or small, know someone that does, remember fishing with your dad or grand dad, have kids you taught to ski, wish you had a boat, wish you didn't have a boat or just enjoy a good movie, you have to watch this! 8)

Dave, what a great video. It really mirrored my husband's life with his father and brother (who was 22 years older than him).

Aw Dave, that was great. We grew up with a boat and still have one for fishing (and partying)....loved that film. Thanks.

I do more partying than fishing but it is possibly to do both at the same time. 8)

We never had a boat but even though I was a girl my dad used to take me fishing at some of our local fishing holes. I was never really into it but it was fun being with my dad. He passed last June and I would love to go fishing with him just one more time. He didn't like to eat fish but loved to catch and release them. That video was great and brought back many memories of our times together. My hubby has taken our daughter fishing many times and now takes the granddaughter. He even bought her her very own princess fishing pole. Right now she would rather play with the fishing worms than stand around waiting on a fish to bite.

We do too. Depends on who is around and how tied down we want to be!
Plus, it's really fun to come in with alot of fish. We spend most of our free time on the boat. Hey, it's a lifestyle.

Even the little boats can be the most fun for the kids... My youngest would rather drive the boat than his go kart.

My brother has had boats since he was in the 8th grade so I shared this with him....we both loved it.....he loves boats so much he still works with them over in your neck of the woods Dave. He works for Intrepid.
We have lots of fond memories of crabbing with our dad in Barnegat Bay in NJ.

Well, we are getting ready for a big day on the water. has been lousy last few Sundays and today supposed to be 82, sunny with favorable winds. Got my buddy who I always take him and his kids tubing and skiing to spring for a new prop so excited to see how much speed I pick up.

Will bring my Nikon Coolpix! 8)
