Default PORT or STARBOARD - booking now

Hi,

I am ready to book a family cruise on the Carnival Dream.. I am debating about what rooms to book.

If I book a regular balcony room, should I be on the PORT or STARBOARD side (right or left)? I would like to see the BEST views of the islands as possible. We are visiting Rotan, Belize, Costa Maya, and Cozumel (if that helps anyone figure out which is better).

Thanks very much. All help is greatly appreciated.

Matt,

With this itinerary it really does not matter. Your view in port will depend on what berth you get and the berths are not always the same from one week to the next.

In Belize you will tender so port or starboard won't make much difference. It depends on which way the wind is blowing on which side will face the shore.

Make your decision on what part of the ship you want and don't worry about which side.

You can always go with an aft/stern balcony and you will be able to see aft, port and starboard. You get three out of four sides.

Take care,
Mike
