Default Carnival's private Island

Hi,

I just booked my cruise and it's going to Half Moon Cay. Can anyone tell me about it? How are the excursions? Do you pay for your food since it's owned / run by carnival?

Thanks for your help!

Denise

Hi Deni,
It is a very nice place to spend the day. They rent things to go in the water. You pay for beer, coccktails, but you have juice and iced tea with
all the food you can eat free. Have a marvelous day in Half Moon Cay and awonderful cruise.

Half Moon Cay, is a slice of paradise......rent a clam shell, a cabana, or sit on a blanket...anyway you look at it, you will enjoy yourself. There is a food pavillion to eat till you drop, and restrooms close by...A wonderful place to veg the day away..enjoy!

Hi Denise,

Half Moon Cay is a beautiful island! I was there while on a Holland America cruise over spring break recently. For all souvenir and drink purchases, we could only use our ship card, no cash. I imagine the various water excursions could also be charged with the ship card, but I did not partake in any of those so I am not certain.

You will really enjoy this island!

Michelle
