I am guessing that what to wear to dinner on formal night is not an issue on this Queen Mary.

There are a lot of worse ships to be on. It looks like a ferry and not a cruise ship so you can't really compare. If I needed a quick and inexpensive alternative I would give it a try. Unless they had 2000 people on it.
