Default New Home!

As some of you know, we finally found our dream home in Nova Scotia.
Here is a picture of it, and more can be found in the Personal Photo Gallery if you're interested.

Oh my gosh, is it BEAUTIFUL!

Congratulations to both you and James! That house is big enough to host one whale of a cruisemates party!

And just think R/D, you won't have to wake up in the morning and worry about the little urchins!

Love and Good Luck!

Todd (and his faithful companion, Fran)

Trip and Todd, no, no urchins, but I may have to worry about the "mystery poop"!! We found a very large dumping in the "north woods" and can't imagine what kind of large creature left that deposit!

Maybe " Bigfoot " lives nearby. After all, he's been spotted and photo'd by many over the years !!

Venice, the last 2 on the left are the spare bedrooms, but you'd be a LONG way away for the Montreal Jazz Fest! The house in is Nova Scotia!

CruzNut, no, we haven't even moved in yet!
Judy, no, all the furnishings are the present owners', but I am NOT changing anything except the green living room. LOVE the 2 burgundy bathrooms, and the mauve-ish kitchen counters!

Donna- love it
The gardens, and the woods! What fun you will be having. Looks like there is a lot of yard to mow - will you get a riding mower?

Can't wait to see it when you have put your special touch on it. Which room will be the Cruise Room?

The Kitchen looks like it will be easy to work in.

I would love to come and explore the woods and look for the mystery animal - sounds right up my ally! I am certain it is Sasquatch.

I am so happy for you. In a way I would love a new start - as sometimes I get so weary - but I know that I am where the Lord wants me for now.

How I would love to live near the ocean - t'would be a dream.
Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy!

Just think - you'll be starting many of the morning threads, since you'll be on Atlantic time, correct?

Great home. It looks like you are near the ocean. I love the screened in porch.

Rollerdonna, may you and James have nothing but enjoyment with your home in Nova Scotia. Rob and I have been to that province-Halifax and Peggy's Cove and love the area!

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home in N. S. I know you and James will be very happy there.

The woods around your place looks very much like the woods I have around my home here in Hot Springs Village.

How far is the harbor from your new home? When do you expect to move to N.S.?

Congrads again.

Thomas! long time no hear!
Believe it or not, it's not winter all year long in Canada, we do get summer, and sometimes it gets really humid. It was pretty humid last weekend when we were there, so the air conditioner and ceiling fans will be welcome!

I guessed the air conditioner would be in the bedroom where it's sure to be steamy!
