Default Here comes another one

Now be exact on this one. Tell us where the picture was taken. Give City, Country and Continent. No hints for now. Maybe one will come later on. It depends on how good you guys are.

Looks like a Diamonds International or Colombia Emeralds logo behind the palm

It's a town that bears the same name as a piece of Superman's wardrobe and it's not in the "north" part of the continent.

Take care,
Mike

Jonathan Butler comes from Tights Town, South Asia?!? Live and learn! Ray, you've really got us baffled with this one.

Default hint

Look at the second picture. On th upper right corner you can see a building. That is the building that houses the Cable Tram that lift people to the top and back.

Change my second guess to Titusville, then.
Do they have a cable tram to Table Mountain?

Default Capetown

Ron has it correct. It is Capetown, South Africa.

We have visited this area about 3 times I think. Thee seems to be a big change since Nelson Mandella was released from Prison.

Table Mountain highlights he city. They hae constructed a new Cable Card thingee and it revolves as it asends the top and also on the way back down. It is very large round in shape.

If you have not been to this area I highly recommend you try to go. Beautiful.

one of my "dream trips" is to go to South Africa for it's annual Jazz Festival (1st weekend in April), combined with a photo safari ..who knows, maybe next year...Grammy nominated Jonathan Butler's CD..Live in South Africa' has a DVD when he performed a homecoming concert in 2007 and it shows both the immense poverty and the incredible progress of his native country

thanks Ray for posting these pictures
