I confused my gemstones. It happens all the time. I bought Betty a four carat diamond but when she saw it she had to inform me that diamonds weren't brown, nor did it come with a box of Cracker Jacks.
Take care,
Mike

OK, we're going too. Booked last week but have been too busy to post. Looks like the group is growing! Still waiting to see if any of you are doing a b2b with the Epic Chef Matt cruise. Sure makes the airfare a bit more tolerable.
Aloha!

Well, I just let the wind out of my husband's sail...He thought we were going to Hawaii, Feb. 2010, instead of Feb. 2011...Poor baby, he's sooo sad now......How many more days, until we cruise to Hawaii???
Question re Hawaii cruise in 2/11......If I am booked on 2 Princess cruises (Hawaii and pacific coast, april, 2010) would I get a past cruiser discount? We are looking forward to another cruise to hawaii.
marianne
My pleasure!!! Glad you found us! Just call or email Nancy and tell her what category your thinking about and she'll give you the best price possible. I think though that her pricing may be better than the past passenger specials. But check it out and compare apples to apples to decide what works best for you.
I hope you can join us on this cruise, this bunch is great! You'll feel right at home.
Kuki we're talking about doing some touring of the southwest when we return from this cruise.... is the condo available?
If all goes well I'll be in Az. both before and after the cruise. So, sure everyone can come to Pheonix for a post cruise party
Seriously I am 99% sure if things as planned, we will be coming back to Az. after the cruise. I have some friends back there I haven't seen in a long time, and I want d/h and the kiddo's to see the Grand Canyon. Maybe we can meet down at Red Robin at Scottsdale & Shea for supper one night. We may stay at my girlfriends house in Fountain Hills or out at the Orange Tree. I have plenty of time to get it all worked out, but I think we'll be out in that neck of the woods. Would love to see you and your lovely bride .

Hey everybody, give a warm CruiseMates welcome to Marianne!!!!! She is a sweeety. We'll be sailing together next monthon the Jewel and she is considering joining us for all the fun on this cruise!
In answer to your question. I'm guessing (you can call Nancy and ask her) that if you've yet to take a Princess cruise, she'd likely have to wait until you do, and then adjust the price to give you the past guest discount.
Hope you do decide to join along, as I know this cruise is gonna be a HOOT.
If there is anything I love, it is a day at sea, and a Hawaii cruise gives us so many. Although we have only been on one cruise, I have six booked. I was totally hooked after just a couple of days on the Mercury.(Considering that we had noro virus aboard and sailed under quarantine all the way home, had to return to Hawaii for a medical emergency, ran out of a lot of food items (causing lots ofunhappyGermantravelers)because we sailed an extra day, ...........the good news is that we made several wonderful new friends and are sailing with them in just a month and we didn't have to spend a day in Ensenada
A big mahalo to Trudy for hooking us up with her great TA. See all of you soon, but not soon enough!

Good Morning Girl! My pleasure! Well if you've already gone through all of that, I would say you have nothing but smooth sailing ahead! Goomba was in this morning... your going to have to get him stirred up again, he's been too quiet since I told him I wasn't paying dues
All you have to tell Frank is that you will pay the dues in exchange for him doing an overnighter with the kids so that you can "party 'til the cows come home." All moms and dads need a big night out from time to time(I know that because I never had one....single mom of 3 boys...but now that I have a wonderful husband, I'm making up for the overworked and underpaid years! Good things do come your way if you're patient. I am living proof(Good lord, did have to wait thatlong?)
Salofa, all (That's Samoan for aloha)

Just got off the phone with Nancy, DH and I are thinking about booking this cruise. We haven't done group a group cruise before. How large are these groups normally, and what kind of activities are planned?
Trudy
To us, an all nighter is until midnight. then it officially becomes morning. We are more likely to enjoy the antics of children (to the dismay of their parents) and say "been there, done that!" So if the kids get antsy at the dinner table, they're not misbehaving, they are entertaining people like us whose grandkids are waiting at home for our return.
Marianne
Carmen's Mom, look at Kuki's Blog for some of the highlights from our Blogger's Group Cruise. It was a hoot. It might give you an idea of the entertainment value of some of the people you might be cruising with. http://www.cruisemates.com/blog/2009...oggers-cruise/
Marianne,
My kids used to be all about getting dressed up on formal nights and going to formal night dinner...Well Freestyle has changed all that. they now (with a couple of exceptions) prefer to go up to the buffet or Blue Lagoon, snarf down something quickly so they can be at the Kid's Club the minute it opens at 7:00 and then they leave d/h and to fend for ourselves for dinner.
Hi Everyone!
Capt Ron and I are happy (no thrilled!) to say we're booked for the Get Lei'd cruise!! We were on the last Get Lei'd on Island Princess and looking forward to seeing you all and participating in the "antics".
Shar
I'm really disappointed that once again I'll miss out on cruising with you and getting to meet everybody. But, since I want to do Tahiti, it makes more sense for me to do the Tahiti-Hawaii cruise instead, and to have fewer sea days and more ports. Maybe you'll do Australia-Fiji before I get to go there.
Okay its a done deal, just got off the phone with Nancy and we're booked! This will be our first group cruise, I have been reading the boards and it sounds like great fun.We are looking forward to meeting everyone.
