Who is this chef Charlie Palmer affiliated with?

This chef gained his fame with a New York restaurant called Aereole at Bryant Park. he is now affiliated with some of the most famous restaurants in the world. He appears regularly on the Today Show, has 2 Michelin stars and is certified by Relais & Chateaux

I made a mistake on the poll the first time around and didn't make sure Seabourn was added. Now it is, and that is the answer.

Charlie Palmer is also a very recognized chef. He worked closely with Seabourn when the new Odyssey came out
