I know who Bill W. and Dorthy are, but who is Jimmy K? I was in the library on the Ecstasy last week when there was a meeting being held, which appeared to be A.A. the capers said friends of Bill W. and Jimmy K.
Any ideas?

I looked this up and foun out it is Narcotics Annonamys. IT started out as a combined group but AA charter stated they could not endorse any thing other than itself so NA went on it's own and over time group meetings gbecame know as Friends of Jimmy K one of the founders.

Thanks, I thought it might be alanon. I felt sort of odd being there while there meeting was taking place. I was there doing some work on my laptop and then the meeting started. I think a cruise must be a difficult time for alcoholics. My respect for those meeting is enormous.
