Looks good to me! Seems to refresh a bit faster. Like you said, it'll take a bit of time to get used to the new format, but I think we'll all like it. Thanks for the update! 8)

So far so good. I do like the new look. And it is easy to make changes in the USER CP
You are absolutely right.
People who are unfamiliar with USER CP need to click on it. It's in the upper left hand corner, at the top, of the screen. From there you can set all sorts of great stuff.
The most important, for now, is to set your correct time zone and enable Private Messaging if you desire.

So far I don't like the new changes. I'm use to the old style so maybe it's an adjustment thing. I can only put 4 images into a post. That is no fun at all. When can we go back to the old style.

I do like the new "look", still have to get used to it, like anything else new....I wasn't able to get in using AOL, but Foxfire seems to work. I will NOT log out and see if I can come in using AOL....
Are the automatic e-mails one receives when a post is made to a thread on which you have previously posted still being done? If not, does one have to physically do something to have this service reinstituted or is is just no longer available.
Made it!! So far it does look nice, but will take some time for me to relearn how to use the new formats. Thanks to al who worked so hard making this a reality. Been a long time coming.
Todd, this morning I had a bunch of emails re posts. All are dated Monday . So it is working. I set it up so that I have to request the email instead of automatic for every thread. This way I only get what ones I want.

The notification function is working. If you want a notification to "All" threads you've posted in you can set that in your USER CP, at the top left of the screen. My mailbox gets full, as is, so I have the set to "No Notification."
If you want to only be notified on "select" posts just scroll a little farther down when you reply to a message and the "Notification Type" is there. Just set it to "Instant Notification" if you want an email when someone posts. The nice part is that you receive part of the post in the email. I like that.

The new layout neither bugs me or impresses me personally. It seems strangley very familiar, and sort of like formats I am used to on other sites. I dont find it a huge "impprovement" in terms of lay out but then that is subjective. What I do hope is that the photos will be easier to load and that one can do more than one at a time, if that is yes, then that will be well worth the upgrade.
The one thing that bugs me alot is one used to be able to click on the link at the bottom of a thread to be brought back to chit chat, and now you can only click on "previous" and "next", and I dont really want to read all the threads all the time and I often used the link back to chat so that I would pick which one I wanted to read next. Its just an extra step to scroll back up to the top for this now. I seem to remember at the bottom of a page there was a place to click and return back to chit chat at the bottom of the thread, but maybe I am wrong and thinking of the site I run which does have this link. ( not cruise related).

Ok, if you see where the UserCP is..upper corner far left in the blue line.
Click on that then go to Edit Options under the Settings and Options section.
Then scroll down to the Date and Time area.
