Yessiree, not only is it a start to a weekend but a weekend that leads into Lucculan feasts before segueing into another weekend. Can't beat them apples!
Supposed to be a partly to mostly cloudy day here in upper East Tennessee with highs in the upper fifties. Actually the typical Fall day for this neck of the woods.
It's so strange not to have to shop for Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Believe me, we aren't upset! Fran of course will make her cheesecake as was requested about fifty times.
Off to get our locks shorn in a couple of hours then some errands prior to the aggravation of having to lie down for awhile. I don't even get to read that much because I keep falling asleep....duhhhhh, ain't that the idea?

Good Morning CruiseMates!
I hope everyone's OK. Generally there are a few more posts by this time of the morning. Things here are just peachy and I just had a brief chat with Ray (Snoozeman) on the computer. Looks like he has arrived at his destination (Barcelona I believe) and is getting settling into his hotel room...watching his wife take a nap lol.
Speaking of sleep, I cannot explain it, but since we returned from this latest cruise, I can't remember sleeping better. Granted I was up around 5 or 6 every morning of the cruise and had a few sleepless night before we left, so perhaps I am just getting caught up, but I admit, it feels so good. Today will mark one week since we got home. My gosh time is flying!
The washer repairman arrived early yesterday. I am happy to say I have made a sizable dent in the heap and have about 4 loads left to do.
Well I better get to work. Hope you all enjoy the weekend.
Good morning everyone from a rainy, central Texas. The storm hit about 4:00 this morning, and the dogs woke me up. There was so much panting going on you would have thought it was Venice when he gets his latest Playboy.
Not much going on today. Need to do some cleaning, but other than that, not much else.
Good morning from Southern California. Beenie, you're right, people must be sleeping in, or something.
In SoCal. we've been enjoying cold nights and warm sunny days. The last couple of nights, I heard the furance chugging away in the wee hours. I guess there's a slight chance of about four drops of rain. Thanksgiving Day is supposed to be glorious. That's good, because we have a drive.
There's a big bird taking up room in my refrigerator and a fresh supply of Mrs. Cutherbertson's sitting on the counter.
RD should be coming back into port tomorrow. Now where do you suppose VtJen is?
I had some business to take care of this morning so I just got onboard. I did DVR GMA and I am watching the reports from Oasis. It looks like a fun filled ship with some interesting innovations.
Today will be just the standard maintenance and cleaning and this weekend there isn't much planned. My brother is flying in from Phoenix but will only be sticking around long enough to "steal" my car. He needs to head up north to take care of business on some property he owns and then spend Thanksgiving with his kids. Otherwise, we have little planned for the weekend.

I cruise the Celebrity Millennium to Southeast Asia.

I had some business to take care of this morning so I just got onboard. I did DVR GMA and I am watching the reports from Oasis. It looks like a fun filled ship with some interesting innovations.
