Apparently, Marguerite Engle of South Dakota, set a state record blood alcohol content record, with a .708.

Also, according to the article, Terri Comer of Oregon, set the National record, with a BAC of .720!! (Who says Oregonians don't know how to party?!)

Anyone care to top those babies tonight......?

Woman's .708 blood alcohol level may set state record -
