This picture is a good one to try to figure out. We were touring on the top deck of a double deck bus. We were on a cruise ship tour.

I get a very spainsh feel from it that is why I guessed Malaga. So I have to agree with Captain Tennile. Isn't that the Castillo de Santa Catalina with the flag?

BTW if Puerta Vallarta or Mazatlan were that nice I would be more excited by my upcoming cruise. ;-) I think that flag threw a lot of people off. Good job Ray.
