This a statue but you need to say what it is about. Also tell where it is.

We were on a cruise /tour when I took the pictur.e

This is a sculpture called El Beso"The Kiss" in Parque del Amor "Lover's Park" which was opened to the public on Valentines Day 1993 on the coast of Lima, Peru
