It's the last nght of the cruise. The Radiance is beautiful. The concierge is great and the Captain is first rate. The problem is.................. the food sucks.
Sorry but the only good meal I've had is the hamburger from room service. Royal Caribbean really needs to work on their food and their presentation. More later.
It was a wonderful cruise but if you like to eat it wasn't the cruise for you.

RCI has really struggled with their food for the past several years I think. It's also quite inconsistant from ship to ship. Good on some, and then like yours ... UGH.
They do build gorgeous ships, but that seems to have come at the expense of paying more attention to their food departments.
Sorry to hear the cruise is ending, Mike. I agree with you about the Radiance. She is a beautiful ship, and we had a lot of good times when we sailed on her. I also agree about RCI's food. One of the reasons we haven't booked them again for the last few years. We found the food so much better on the Carnival Freedom and the Emerald Princess. I know food is an individual thing, but it sounds like more and more are saying the same thing about RCI.
Anyway, take it easy getting back into reality when you hit the shore. Safe travels home.

It amazes me, with all the money RCI spends on these amazing ships, that people can walk off with this complaint....stop building ships, and concentrate on earning back people's trust about the food issue..This has gone on way too long.....shame on them.

Welcome home almost Mike and Betty. Sorry about the food.
I sailed on the Splendor and the Voyager and thought the same thing so gave up on them and went to Celebrity (all good except a short trip on the Century). But, now I'm back to Princess for good - as far as I'm concerned it can't be beat in so many ways ... and my next cruise (April), I'll be Elite so I'll stick with them cuz the perks can't be beat either.
