The insurance companies will always do whatever they can to find a way to legally not make a payout. That is why the insurance companies make piles of money. When dealing with insurance we read the fine print at least 10 times and in the end, we always send an email asking for a written clarification on anything that isn't clear. We alway buy insurance and thus far have been fortunate to have them pay out when we needed to use them but everytime something goes wrong I hold my breath waiting for them to point out some piece of obscure fine print that I didn't notice when I bought the policy.
